Homewood Friends Meeting House (dining room/basement)
3107 North Charles Street, Baltimore Maryland 21218
4pm - 7pm
We're having another potluck on March 21! Like last time, if there's anything anyone would like to do to celebrate the turning of the wheel, feel free to post ideas here and we'll make sure we can make it happen-- ideas can be little magic spells, political actions, games we could play together, etc.
We have the space starting at 3 pm, but will likely have an official start time of 4 pm. If anyone wants to come earlier to help set up, you are welcome to-- especially if you want to provide any optional offerings for this time.
During this event we do have plans for a more involved project: Dreaming Forward, an interfaith group we are a part of, will be hosting a Platemore/Plata por Platos fundraiser in April for the food pantry at the Church of the Guardian Angel. We will have plates available to decorate, collage materials, ceramic markers, and paper quilling materials for anyone that would like to learn a cool folk art form. There will be several ways to get involved in this process, and so even if you think you're "not an artist," you will find success in this if you choose to participate.
If you want to bring food or drinks, that is lovely! Plates, utensils, and cups are available from the kitchen so long as we clean up after ourselves, although if anyone wants to bring any of their own supplies in this regard that is okay too!
Please also bring a good label for your food, as we will have mixed dietary needs at this event.
If you have any questions, feel free to text Zac at 303-819-7843.
Who is Baltimore Reclaiming?
Baltimore Reclaiming is a radically inclusive community of witches who use our magic to bring transformation, justice and healing to ourselves, Baltimore and the world. We are a group of witches, artists, pagans, healers, activists, queers, priestesses, anarchists, theater geeks, feminists, and other good humans. We see our work as teaching and making magic: the art of empowering ourselves and each other. In our classes, workshops, and public rituals, we train our voices, bodies, energy, intuition, and minds. We use the skills we learn to deepen our strength, both as individuals and as community, to voice our concerns about the world in which we live, and bring to birth a vision of a new culture. We gather, mostly on the Sabbats, to work magic, often for personal healing and also for the healing of our society and planet. We believe that the work we do together in our sacred circles really can change the world.
About the Venue: This ritual will be held at the Homewood Friends Meeting House, in their downstairs dining room. This is an accessible, indoor space. If you have accessibility needs or questions about this venue, please email Zac at zlawhon89@gmail.com ahead of time.
Drugs & Alcohol: All Baltimore Reclaiming events are drug and alcohol free. We respectfully request that you do not use drugs or alcohol before or while attending our events.
Scent Policy: We strive to accommodate people who have chemical and scent sensitivities. Please keep these people in mind as you make choices about wearing scented personal hygiene products.
Masking Policy: Baltimore Reclaiming has made the decision this year to make masking encouraged, but optional. Please test for Covid before coming, and don't come if you're feeling sick!

Dress Code: Wear whatever you like! You are welcome to wear everything from jeans and a t-shirt to a tuxedo. We encourage you to wear whatever you feel most comfortable in.
